GIANT MONITOR LIZARDS ENGAGE IN FIERCE STREET FIGHT

Watch as two monitor lizards launch into a dramatic territorial battle beside a roadside in Malaysia.
The dramatic footage, filmed in Semporna, Malaysia, shows a large monitor lizard standing on a grassy patch next to a paved road as it faces off against a smaller rival. The larger reptile rises up on its hind legs, puffs out its throat and lunges aggressively in an attempt to intimidate its opponent.
The smaller lizard fights back as the pair clash in a brief but intense struggle, twisting and pushing against each other.
A curious dog can be seen watching from across the road as the unusual wildlife showdown unfolds.
