00:00Dextra Henry here you can see the man right beside me the one and only Nate
00:04Burleson you know him from CBS we call him a media mogul because this is what
00:09he is as well too you also see him on the NFL today on CBS doing a lot of
00:14stuff there but he's gonna be at Fanatics Fest this weekend doing some
00:17really good stuff Nate what's going on my guy I'm good man I'm good glad glad
00:21to have you here I'm glad to be here I thought you I expected you to come in a
00:25suit but I like this fit well you know I wanted to keep it somewhat casual yeah
00:29make sure you pull up to Fanatics Fest you know the AT&T Connection Cup is
00:33gonna be lit I will have some suits on but you know I want to dress down a
00:36little bit I knew you were gonna go with the white tee so I got also you knew
00:39that so we had some synergy yeah it has some synergy there you got the kicks with
00:42the suit on that's how I go making a style as always thank you brother I
00:45appreciate that so you're gonna be at Fanatics Fest yeah you will be hosting
00:49something called the AT&T Connection Cup yeah tell the people about that that are
00:55gonna come out and be there what is the AT&T Connection Cup well first shout out to
00:58AT&T I mean you talk about a brand that has been doing it for decades we're
01:03talking pure connectivity when it comes to how we communicate and now that this
01:08new era of fan they know exactly how they want to see the game experience the
01:13game and get involved in the game and AT&T is at the forefront of that they're no
01:16strangers to this they've been doing it forever so they created the AT&T
01:20Connection Cup which is really this concept of think about all of your
01:24favorite games on television your favorite game shows so we're gonna have
01:29two of your favorite athletes and then we'll have a few fans that are lined up
01:35you know somewhat like a family feud style we're gonna mix you know I'm saying
01:40shout out to Steve Harvey we'll give different things you can react to
01:45different things you can predict also we'll do some trivia we'll show some clips or a
01:50still image and we'll say what happened after this or what came before that and
01:54we'll give each team a chance to win and it just brings these fans closer to the
01:58game you know AT&T has made it their mission to be at the forefront of
02:04innovation when it comes to communication not just on our devices but how we
02:08interact on social media so they wanted to bring that same type of feel to the
02:12fanatics fest so now you have fans that can truly get involved you want one
02:17you're gonna be next to some of the coolest celebrities and athletes in the
02:20game two you're gonna be able to have that trash talking moment with whoever
02:24you're playing with or against and then you just flat-out get to create create
02:29these memories you know one thing that I've always thought was cool when brands
02:34step out there at events like this and AT&T is doing that is you bring the fan
02:39into the locker room so now they know exactly what it feels like to be a
02:43teammate with some of their favorite superstars that is really dope because
02:48fans don't really get that experience a lot they don't get that ever yeah right so
02:52here's the time they can get that also for you you're basically gonna be like a
02:56game show host here 100% so you might be the next Steve Harvey for all we know I
03:00called you a media mogul now we might have to add game show host so shout out to
03:05AT&T I appreciate you but listen I if I'm going to be the next Steve Harvey let
03:10me get some of that Steve Harvey money you know saying see I knew you I knew
03:13you're gonna go there I'm gonna leave that to your agent yeah he or she but no
03:16listen I got shout out Drew Barrymore I hosted the first two seasons of the
03:21reboot of Hollywood Square that's right so when AT&T reached out they're like look
03:25we have this AT&T connection cup and we want it to be a real deal game show so
03:30immediately I went to went into game show mode it's I feel like I have this
03:35unique skill set playing 11 years in the NFL understanding what fans want because
03:39I grew up in the best era of sports 80s raised in the 90s influenced by the
03:442000s it doesn't get any better when it comes to all these sports that we love
03:48and I've seen this boom and growth of how people watch and consume and
03:52experience sports so now the fan in me is gonna show up with a microphone the
03:57host in me is gonna show up with a microphone and then the player in me is
04:00gonna show up and be a fan of the moment as well so make sure you pull up the
04:05Fanatics Fest and watch the AT&T connection cup so the other thing I
04:08realized about the connection cup right there's some very interesting athletes
04:12that are gonna be out in this and we've got some since we're in New York got to
04:15talk about this there's some New York athletes here Josh Hart Jose Alvarado fresh
04:19off the NBA champion come on winning New York Knicks we've got to put some
04:22respect on their name there come on then I also saw we've got some older New York
04:26athletes you got David Wright Mets legend Don Mattingly yeah yeah here's my
04:31thing because you as a former professional athlete and even for me
04:35what sometimes competitive okay of those four New York athletes I mentioned who do
04:40you think is maybe gonna take this that way people look at and say you know what
04:44Nate they took it a little bit too serious was the Alvarado oh not even close
04:48not even close you know why yeah because like I was I was watching Jose
04:52throughout his career yeah and dating back all the way to college you know he has
04:55that like sneaky way of getting the steel where he kind of hides himself in the
04:59corner of the court right exactly and then they'll just slide up behind you and get
05:02the steel he kind of made that famous and popular on the NBA level but then
05:08watching him and how he talks to his own social media is the funniest but also
05:13coolest thing like when they were going on their run and he was talking about how
05:17much he loves New York and loves the Knicks and he's glad to be here and of
05:20course he has just this sense of pride he was talking about how he was going to
05:25respond if they won I remember he was on the Carmelo Anthony podcast yeah and he
05:29was like yeah I'm gonna be lit I'm gonna be tipsy for a whole week he was he was he
05:35was and then and then he was like after they won he's on social media he's like yeah he's in
05:40the
05:40locker he's like yo yo I'm gonna tell my kids I score 40 they not gonna know that so the
05:46fact that he
05:47like he thinks like the average dude even though he's not he's an NBA player um and I think that
05:53type of mindset of saying like I'm gonna lock in enjoy every single moment of this and not let it
06:00slip out of my hands like I can appreciate that because I remember in the beginning of my career
06:04like I was young and I appreciated it a little bit like I just loved playing I was a wide
06:12receiver
06:13playing Robin to Randy Moss's Batman and everything was flying by so fast that I never really stopped
06:20and just like smelled the grass um and then it took me some time to mature and actually slow life
06:26down
06:27myself and then later in my career playing next to another great uh Calvin Johnson when I was playing
06:33for the Detroit Lions so I'm sitting there playing next to Megatron and now I'm the older dude in the
06:38locker room the light at the end of the tunnel is bigger and I realized like my best days are
06:43behind
06:43me and then I started to smell the grass started to listen to the fans when I walked out there
06:48for
06:49my pregame warm-up start to smell like the popcorn and hot dogs in the air um while I was
06:54on the
06:54sideline and everything slowed down so a guy like Jose Alvarado you can tell he's just like he's enjoying
07:00the moment I'm living the dream yeah because it's sometimes like let's just keep it real you'll watch
07:04professional athletes and this is across all sports and some of them just like they're really
07:08indifferent about it and you're like bruh like you are getting paid to play a game that we all played
07:15at recess for free and here you are acting acting as if it isn't a privilege to be doing it
07:23yeah you're
07:24dominant and you you're blessed and you worked your butt off to get there but you still have to have
07:29this like sense of humility that this is the best thing ever that's why I like watching Jose Alvarado
07:34but that's that's applicable to not just this connection cup right and the way I know we're
07:38talking about Jose Alvarado how he might be in it but it's applicable to everything in life no doubt
07:42even in what you and I do now right you still have to we were talking about some stuff before
07:46we
07:46started recording but you still have to appreciate the work you do even the process of it right you
07:50try I try to I try to appreciate the moment you know and you mentioned a few but I have
07:53to shout out
07:54Amaranse Brown yes here gives two uh my favorite athletes played for the Detroit Lions they're gonna pull
07:59up uh we got uh Jose Alvarado and Josh Hart you said Noah Lyles the fastest guy in the world
08:04Jordan
08:05Child well he's gonna take it seriously he is he really is he's super competitive okay and we have
08:11Candace Parker and Alex Morgan that's just a name of a few and you never you don't know who's gonna
08:14show up so um that's a good that's a good list yeah it's a good list that's a really good
08:18so
08:18everybody you got to check that out yeah Connection Cup Connection Cup might get to connect with some of
08:22these athletes as well too while I have here I got to ask you about some football some New York
08:26football all right let's talk about let's start with the Giants uh-huh because Jackson Dart
08:30interesting year one you laughed yeah interesting year what we saw from him toughness we saw that
08:36tough mentality but the Giants also still want him to maybe slow it down a little bit yeah what's the
08:42how do you I don't say draw the line but maybe not cross the line between being too aggressive
08:47right and knowing when to say okay I got a slide here maybe I gotta go out of bounds here
08:52I have to
08:52live for the next down is that something you're going to be closely watching with Jackson
08:56Dart any year too and do you think he will be able to make those adjustments under John Harbaugh 100
09:01%
09:02I'm going to be watching that um the reason I laughed is because I was uh blessed enough to do
09:07the town hall like some of my peoples called me and were like hey we want you and Sean O
09:10'Hara to play a
09:11small role in interviewing some of our superstars and then also um introduced a rookie class and we had
09:17all these fans there you know kids and grown folks and here comes Jackson Dart and Camp Scatterboo and a
09:24bunch
09:24other superstars and um so I had to ask a question I'm like Jackson like what did you learn from
09:30last
09:30year um are you going to take care of your body a little bit more after knowing what it's like
09:36not
09:37just to get injured because being injured in the NFL is inevitable um but but it's it's how you look
09:43at
09:43the game when you're standing on the sideline as the franchise quarterback and he said to me he was like
09:48look yeah if there is a down in distance where I feel like I don't need to sacrifice my body
09:55for
09:55then I'm going to think about running out of bounds or sliding because the best ability is
10:00availability I love that answer I'm like cool you know what I'm saying it's pro it's it's one of those
10:06things he probably had to hear over and over and off season and as a young guy it's hard for
10:10you to
10:10look at yourself and think you're not invincible but he finally came to grips with it and then this
10:15little kid comes up and they're like Mr. Scatterboo can I that's a great that's a great little kid
10:20voice yeah and so the little kid's like um are you going to change the way you play because of
10:26the
10:26injury and not being on the field and um and Cam's just thinking and I'm like Cam let me just
10:34let me
10:34let me let me let me save you right here no no no no let me ask you from a
10:38player's perspective
10:39because in order for you guys to have a really good season the running game is going to have to
10:44play
10:44a role and if you want to make your quarterback's job easier then the running game is going to have
10:49to at times open up the passing game so will you decide not to run over every dude that you
10:56see in
10:56front of you run headfirst into a guy when you've already got the first down and the out of bounds
11:01is right there you have the ability to save your body and he thinks for a second he's like
11:08nah right no no no he couldn't do it everybody's laughing everybody's laughing and I'm like Cam
11:12seriously and then he's like you know what nah actually all jokes aside it's going to be hard
11:17for me to change my style of play because that's all I know but I'm going to be smarter with
11:22my body
11:22but that's him saying that and it's funny how he set that up but it made me think about the
11:28few
11:28for somebody who's played professionally is it really that hard to change your style of play that
11:33people maybe don't understand that connection you've been going this one way for so long yeah
11:38whether it's at the quarterback position running back receiver even as it could be a linebacker
11:42how hard is it to change something you're doing that especially after one year people are saying
11:46hey man you got to do this a little bit differently it it takes it takes a big hit or
11:53somebody knocking
11:55the snot out of you literally when I first got in the game you know this is 03 so like
12:00we didn't have
12:00a lot of rules that protected us if I'm going across the middle and I'm not paying attention
12:04there was no defenseless receiver guys are just knocking me off my feet I remember one time I was
12:10a rookie I'm running the drive route Dante Culpepper drops back he's looking at me I'm looking at him
12:14and he's waiting for me to clear the linebacker the linebacker sees me and says oh he's not looking
12:18the next thing I see is my cleats in the air and I'm like oh man like I just got
12:24kicked in the chest
12:25at Sparta and then all of a sudden I hit the grass and I'm like yo Dante's still scrambling
12:30he's like get up I get up fix my face mask catch the ball and I make a big play
12:36even after that
12:37I'm like nah I want to run somebody over see you got me now I want to get you I
12:42want to make sure
12:42when my highlight tape runs that I get to point to that DB or that safety or that linebacker and
12:47tell my kids I was tough on that play that's all idiotic hubris from a young man that thinks he's
12:53invincible but like I remember one time in particular though I turned down the smoke
12:58shout out to Sean Taylor rest in peace he was playing for the rescues at the time but the
13:04commanders and I had caught an option route I got hit by the nickel hit by the cornerback they're
13:11playing cover two so Sean is coming down at a high angle from the safety position all of a sudden
13:17I
13:17break three I break free and hit the sideline now I got the first down Sean is coming down the
13:24sideline
13:24like a freight train and he's big I'm decent with cleats on I'm like six two buck 95 but he's
13:31like
13:31six four two thirty solid yeah bruh I'm looking at him he's looking at me I'm looking at him he's
13:39looking at me now you're still in bounds right I would say maybe six inches before he gets to me
13:49I had to jump out of balance you made a business I made a business decision and then he's like
13:54oh burleson he's like macho man he's like oh burleson I'm gonna get your ass and I was like
14:00no you are not today no no no no not ever and that's when I realized like you know what
14:06let me
14:06take care of my body because there was always somebody bigger and faster you said it sounds
14:12like you were tempted to you remember remember when the man in truck stick came out was that that's
14:16about that time right it's about oh three oh four you were tempted to hit the truck you could have
14:21put
14:21him on the highlight reel but he's gonna put me into a uh a bad place you chose wisely yeah
14:26I'll ask you about this since you're a former receiver Malik neighbors oh right I like him I
14:32like him a lot so you're big Malik neighbors fan yeah I like him a lot you know he's been
14:36he's been
14:36trying to come back from a knee injury yeah and the Giants offense doesn't look the same without him
14:41yeah how much do you think the Giants should put on him responsibility wise or do you look at more
14:46is that other receivers need to step up for the Giants to make life easier for Malik neighbors
14:52Jackson Darton the entire offense how are you viewing how the Giants receiving situation could
14:57be this year it's tough because you know when you have immediate success in this league at the
15:02wide receiver position you immediately say there's a number one guy he's a franchise receiver and then
15:07there's this immense amount of pressure on the young fella and it's unfortunate because let's just
15:12call it what it is the team wasn't good so now you're looking at him and you're judging him by
15:17the numbers but oftentimes when he has a big game we'll praise him but when he doesn't we're asking
15:24all these questions but it could be bad quarterback play bad offensive line play it could be just flat
15:29out bad play calling um but with a collective of guys it's easier for your number one receiver to go
15:37off I've always felt like if you're going to have a good wide receiver group you have your one
15:43superstar and then you have three other guys that bring something different to the table I don't want
15:49every player to be 6'2 same speed same strength same skill set I want there to be a possession
15:54guy
15:55that's big can box out a dude if he's in traffic I want there to be an absolute burner that
15:59can take
16:00the top off the coverage I want there to be a guy that is an elite route runner I mean
16:04if you think
16:04about it like they got all of those dudes like OBJ I'm not sure if anybody was watching the drills
16:09he looked really good now the question is can he stay healthy for the duration of the season
16:14but the whole point I'm trying to make is you need a collection of guys to make it easier for
16:20your
16:21number one dude do not put pressure on him and say hey we need 115 catches 1200 yards and 11
16:29touchdowns
16:30it's hard just just say we need you to be the most efficient dude on the field every time the
16:34ball
16:35is thrown to you and you don't need to carry us let us carry you and open up the offense
16:40for you
16:40yeah it feels like that would be so essential for the Giants this year especially as he's trying to
16:44come back from an injury just don't want too much responsibility on him as he's trying to come back
16:48a couple things for you on the Jets yeah Brees Hall recently said that he feels good it feels like
16:53people are sleeping on the Jets he's excited about what this Jets offense could be when you look at him
16:58you look at Garrett Wilson now Geno Smith in the fold I'll get back to him in a second but
17:02where are you on the Jets offense do you think they can exceed expectations I like Garrett Wilson man
17:07he's really good got the dog in him he's another guy that's a really good route runner but also has
17:12the ability to take the top off the coverage Brees is I think how he sees how people perceive the
17:20Jets
17:20is almost like how people look at his career if you're a fantasy guy or you pay attention to football
17:25I know football you know how good he is but on a large scale because he's been playing for the
17:29Jets
17:29I don't think he gets the respect he deserves and I think he understands that he's like you know what
17:34I'll take that disrespect all the way around you might be overlooking me fine my numbers speak
17:39differently you might be overlooking my team fine but when it comes to being able to surprise some
17:44teams and punch folks in the mouth you gotta do it man I remember one point when I was playing
17:48for
17:48the Lions Calvin Johnson is a humble hero quiet he's like the coolest guy in the world almost
17:56just plays with the most humility especially it's crazy because God blessed him with the special
18:00state like God was like gonna make you tall fast strong unbelievably gifted and on top of that he
18:08worked like he's a free agent I say all that because like he really is a nice dude though and
18:13I
18:14remember we were having an off year for the Lions and I'm just like look our season's a wash we're
18:19not gonna make it to the playoffs how about we just be the villain and CJ is very quiet man
18:24a few words
18:24he's like what you mean I'm like I'm just saying like let's be the bad guys like let's put the
18:30black mask on
18:31and let's like everywhere we go if we're playing on the road let's like let's like clown their team
18:36let's let's let's uh mock their celebrations and uh he's like all right and I remember we ended up
18:45in Dallas the next week and I said as soon as I score I'm gonna like draw the star and
18:49I'll punch
18:49through it and I scored and did and then Calvin's like I'm gonna run to the star and I'm gonna
18:53do
18:53like what T.O did yeah yeah and he did and from that moment on it changed our perspective and
19:00it almost
19:00like it gave us momentum going into the next year because we appreciated how teams looked at us and
19:08were disrespecting us instead of like getting in your feelings and being like oh man what was us we
19:12were like all right let me change your mind on how I play and I think the Jets gotta feel
19:18that way
19:18like be the villain like people have been talking about you for years now decades like at some point
19:24you just gotta show up and punch the folks in the mouth whether you you can win in two ways
19:29scoreboard get the W that's the best way right right or that team that plays you they're gonna
19:35leave battered and bruised you ain't gotta do nothing under the belt or illegal but when they
19:40leave after playing the Jets that should be the story that teams are beat up going into the next week
19:46and if you do that eventually that mindset will turn into a winning mindset and you will start
19:53stacking W's and everybody will look at you and change the way they look at your team and sometimes
19:57that's how you start to change the culture you know right it's just it's just a small way of how
20:01you can start to change the culture now I know as you were telling the story I was a little
20:04nervous I
20:05thought the cameras might shut off on us because our technical director Brian he's a Cowboys fan
20:09I'm sure he did not appreciate a word any of those stories but well shout out to the Cowboys
20:13Brian Brian could be happy now but it's been it's been decades so I'm not I'm not taking any shots
20:20don't don't know and every single year we say the same thing credit to their roster we're like yo
20:26Cowboys are loaded once again it's Super Bowl or bust oh be easy Brian might shut off the cameras on
20:33you I'm just saying that the Cowboys they have to show up because if somebody said this on one of
20:40my
20:40shows is that we might have to strip their title be of being America's team because like if if the
20:50Kansas
20:50City Chiefs are in in the heart of middle America and they represent of so much of what the American
20:57hustle and dream is and they're winning more recently how come they aren't or Buffalo Bills
21:04like I'm talking I'm thinking about teams that really embody what America represents Dallas has
21:09been for a long time but like you gotta win to be America's team right like hold on to it
21:16I'm not
21:17against I think it should be I think it should be interchangeable for real you just can't hold the
21:20title forever you can't hold the title forever is what I'm saying I'm not I'm not against this
21:24because then you get to just have an ethos around your team that doesn't really apply today I'm with
21:31you on that and Brian don't like think about how we looked at the Knicks for so long it's a
21:36great
21:36point in the 80s and 90s the Knicks were everything even when they got close and Patrick Mahoney didn't
21:41dunk it and he faded away and all that you know people were loving the Knicks when John Starks went
21:46baseline and dunked on the Bulls like people were loving the Knicks yep but like we stopped looking
21:51at the Knicks as like the the foundational piece of the NBA because they didn't deserve it because they
21:57they were they were sorry for they were sorry they were winning in ways that we were used to
22:02and then all of a sudden over the last couple years shout out to Jalen Brunson the whole crew
22:06but like all of a sudden we're like the Knicks are back the league is better when the Knicks are
22:11winning like we had no problem like that's why usually the Knicks the Lakers the Celtics there's
22:18like a there's like a population of the U.S. that is willing to just hate on them for no
22:22reason
22:22especially when they're winning but the Knicks actually will kind of America's team during the
22:25isn't that crazy to the point you make that's what I'm saying like the Knicks are supposed to
22:29be one of the most loved and most hated they'll be hated now after the you don't think so I
22:34think
22:34collectively everybody was rocking with the Knicks but do you think that'll continue I just did an
22:38episode of my Knicks show about that do you think that'll continue if they if they keep winning
22:41people just people hate winners well this to your point you've seen this happen with the Chiefs too
22:45it's seen it happen with the Chiefs people happen with the Patriots good point you know what I'm
22:48saying but like I don't know there's something the organization is one thing but the organization
22:53isn't bigger than the players that put on the jerseys and there's something about the humility
22:58of this team and the squad like Jalen Brunson as cool as it gets and all the way down the
23:05roster
23:05you can't name a dude on that team that you wouldn't want to have a beer with like that and
23:11that and
23:11that like that goes a long way you know I'm saying no I I do get that and it's a
23:15good point two more
23:16things for you before I let you get out of here yeah with the Jets and you talked about changing
23:20the
23:20culture well they changed the quarterback Geno Smith is now here do you think that matters for
23:25this team to be better offensively because they've got a veteran guy you talked about how you love
23:30Garrett Wilson but does it matter for a young receiver yeah like Adonai Mitchell that is looking
23:35maybe some veteran leadership that can help do you think that Geno is going to really matter for the
23:39Jets this year yeah Geno's been through it and we just talked about the the external factors that play
23:45a role and how a guy shows up season after season Geno has had some ups he's had some downs
23:51beginning of his career came in we were expecting a lot he had some issues in the locker room he
23:56was
23:56like the laughingstock for a while because of the whole like getting punched in the face
24:00and then he rebounded and started showing how talented he really is had some really good years
24:05in Seattle and then he went to the Raiders and I think that like little stint it was it was
24:11detrimental to like the momentum he had created as a Seattle Seahawks but I like that though for him
24:18you know I'm saying I don't like that for his career because people are taking shots at him
24:21but I like that for him that internal motivation intrinsically Geno knows I got a lot to prove
24:28and one thing I love about Geno is that like he'll he'll deflect praise when he gets it but when
24:35it's time
24:35to be criticized he'll raise his hand you know I mean he'll just be like it's on me you know
24:40I mean
24:40now when it comes to the Raiders there are some things that weren't even his fault now I'm not
24:43saying every ball that came out of his hand was the right throw right but play calling wrong play
24:47calling office coordinator being on different page and the head coach so Geno wasn't completely at
24:52fault with how the Raiders play but with all that said people are going to be looking at Geno who
24:57are
24:57you are you that guy that had some good years that we saw in the past or are you that
25:01quarterback
25:01that we saw with the Raiders when they were struggling and I think Geno has a great opportunity
25:06to once again because he knows what it's like to prove a lot of people wrong yeah and that stuff
25:10matters sometimes too last thing before we get you out of here who's going to be the better
25:14New York football team this year is it going to be the Giants or the Jets who's going to have
25:17the
25:17better record at the end of 2026 this is tough oh so now you're saying that it's tough and you're
25:26sighing and you're sitting down yeah it makes me think you don't think there's going to be a lot
25:30of wins no no no no no no no oh my my my logic says it's going to be the
25:37Giants my heart says
25:38it's going to be the Jets really yeah you reminded me what Brees Hall said yeah um and I know
25:44Aaron
25:44Glenn know him personally and I spoke to that team last year and even with how much they struggled
25:51there was something about how they believed in the system that he is putting in place now I do think
25:57they're still a year or two away from finding some like really strong solid success that propels them
26:05into the postseason maybe a Super Bowl run but I just feel like my heart is saying the Jets logic
26:10is
26:11saying there's no way that hardball is going to come in and not push this team to great places like
26:17all the things that we felt like this squad needed the Giants were all disciplinary issues like guys just
26:23being the right type of pros there's no better coach to make young guys turn young guys into a
26:29pro's pro than hardball so logic Giants heart Jets but you got to pick one I was gonna let you
26:37get off
26:37that yeah come on now you come on now full court press full court press I'm going with going with
26:43the
26:43Jets you're gonna make a lot of Jets fans happy here yeah some are gonna some people are gonna hear
26:48that say well Nate's being illogical here well well hopefully considering their history yeah I know
26:53that's what I'm doing you know some of some of those Jets fans are on the Brooklyn Bridge right
26:58now looking at the water hey listen don't jump now all right you're gonna be good you guys gonna be
