00:00Describe what you saw from Messi.
00:02Yeah, so Messi, you know, the arc of his game was kind of like a lot of games where he
00:08was very quiet to begin with.
00:10I don't think the first 20 minutes he touched the ball, you know, a couple of times, almost like a
00:14great white shark just moving through the water, waiting to strike, you know.
00:20And it looks innocuous, but it isn't.
00:23And you should be very, very careful and certainly don't poke it.
00:27But in this moment, when they go down 1-0, a switch is flicked and you'll see Messi pull out
00:34wide and just kind of post up in this area.
00:38And in that moment, Argentina knows to get him the ball.
00:42And by the way, everybody in the stadium, everybody watching is watching for him and waiting for him.
00:46In this moment where you need him to show up, he not only does he show up, but he finds
00:51different ways to do it.
00:53And even when you think, all right, it's just not going to be his day, there is something that he
00:58is able to do against some really, really good players.
01:01And in many cases, world-class players.
01:03That's just what makes him great.
01:04He's the greatest player, certainly on the planet today, I think.
01:08And it's getting harder and harder to argue about his GOAT status when you throw up, you know, the Pele's
01:15and the Maradona's and anybody else.
01:16And certainly if you were to win on Sunday, I mean, it's almost impossible to argue it.
