00:15services say they were alerted to the situation this morning at around 20 to 6. st john ambulance
00:24say they sent multiple crews here and the woman was administered emergency first aid but sadly died
00:33at the scene the abc understands the department of fire and emergency services was also called in to
00:40assist police now since we've been here this morning the location was very busy we still had a police
00:48presence here and we could see what appeared to be many family friends and colleagues gathering
00:55outside the premises where that incident took place visibly upset work safe wa have confirmed they have
