02:26has turned himself in john he faces a sentence of life in prison right now and the the prosecutor

02:34wants him held over with no bail that he is a a threat to society until the the trial so

02:43we'll we'll i think there's going to be an arraignment today we'll get some more information

02:46and if they do hold him over i mean i don't think there's any way that he plays this year

02:51i just don't because if there's going to be unless there is enough evidence by his legal team that they

02:56could present that says a there there shouldn't even be charges like the the police have all of

03:03this stuff then they they at this point decided okay we've got enough let's charge him he turns

03:10himself in he's going to be arraigned today even if he's let out on on bail or personal recognizance

03:16i don't see any way that there is a trial and a an end to the trial before first of

03:23all the start

03:24of the season but let alone the end of the season these don't happen overnight you want an idea of

03:29how how seriously they are taking this day being the authorities arnold surrendered to a warrant in

03:35tampa the tampa police said in the statement he remains in custody as of 10 46 last night the office

03:41intends to file a pre-trial motion to keep him in jail until the trial saying he remains a danger

03:48the community so yeah he's in jail he's not playing outside corner week one but this is also a football

03:56concern now because the secondary was the big concern yeah is that going to be the limiting

04:01factor and now you have even more questions about the secondary because is it rocky a sin is it ennis

07:07average one year he contributed more this guy is a complete and utter bust as a talent it's a horrible

07:13draft pick by brad holmes probably his worst uh given the stakes yeah i mean you spent a first

07:21round pick on him and you traded up to get him you didn't get much production in first two years
