00:23job, growing leafy greens, herbs, peppers, and other produce in stacked indoor growing systems
00:28that don't even use soil. The vegetables grown by the inmates will be used to create what the city
00:33is calling farm-to-table meals for the inmates to eat themselves. City corrections officials say the
00:38program is designed to reduce repeat offenses by giving people a practical job skill that they
00:42can use after their release. I am not in prison, obviously, but I do love my hydroponic garden for
00:47whatever that is worth.
