00:00There was a fairly recent inspection of the Boucher nuclear power plant.
00:05I'm not sure of the date, but it would have been within the last month or two.
00:10But no other access recently to other locations within Iran.
00:15Earlier in the year, the IAEA was given access to the other undamaged facilities.
00:23But recently, it was limited to just the Boucher nuclear power station.
00:28Right. And you've mentioned these damaged facilities a couple of times.
00:32So clearly the damaged facilities are known about, hence the damage that was inflicted on them and they're being targeted.
00:39There are presumably, well, I want to ask your opinion, are there unknown sites, can we assume, that perhaps are
00:46only known to the Iranians?
00:48And that being the case, would Iran, do you see Iran perhaps giving international inspectors access to those undeclared areas?
00:57Well, first of all, you start with the declared facilities, some of which have been damaged, some have not.
01:03And there have been some additional locations that were bombed by the United States in Iran that the IAEA has
01:12not been informed about formally by Iran.
01:15Are there other locations in Iran where Iran is carrying out nuclear activities that haven't been declared?
01:23It's possible. It's possible.
01:26They did announce that they were constructing a new enrichment facility.
01:30I believe the initials are IFEP, the Isfahan Fuel Enrichment Plant.
01:36And the agency has not had access to that facility yet, so does not know, it has not been informed
01:44of the current status of that facility.
01:47Is it possible there are locations other than those outside somewhere else in Iran that should be declared and have
01:54not been declared?
01:55That is the $50 million question.
