00:00Why can't Israel have nuclear weapons, even though they are undeclared, and Iran shouldn't?
00:05Well, no one knows what Israel does or does not have.
00:09And in any event, that's really...
00:11Isn't that part of the problem?
00:13No, that's one of the strengths of the problem, is that Israel does not have a declared policy in either
00:21direction.
00:22But I think Mr. Masuvian is taking the well-known tactic, if you can't defend a position, then you come
00:33up with some other argument which isn't really directly related.
00:38There is a difference between a country like Iran and one like Israel.
00:42Israel is a democracy.
00:44It's considered by most of the world's leaders to be a responsible democracy.
00:48And if it's true that it is a nuclear power, well, no one has ever seen hide or hair of
00:55it, nothing.
00:56No one knows what Israel does or does not have.
00:59And Israel does not threaten its neighbors.
01:02Iran has called ever since the Islamic Republic, repeatedly called for Israel's destruction, has a timeline in which that is
01:11supposed to happen.
01:12And it's not just rhetoric, it has poured billions and billions of badly needed resources into developing their nuclear capability,
01:21into building a vast missile capability, in supporting their regional proxies who all share the same objective of Israel's destruction.
01:31We know that the October 7th attack by Hamas, which was largely coordinated in advance with Iran and its Hezbollah
01:39proxy, was actually supposed to be the opening act in a war that was supposed to lead to Israel's destruction.
01:46So there is no basis for a comparison between what Israel does or does not do in this case and
01:54Iran.
01:54So there is no basis on this anymore.
01:55Thank you so much.
01:55I do.
01:57I do.
01:57I do.
01:58I do.
