00:03For those who may not be familiar with it, the S&P 500 is essentially a scoreboard for some of
00:09the biggest companies in the United States.
00:11It tracks around 500 major U.S. companies and gives us a good indication of how the broader American stock
00:17market is performing.
00:19So let's take a look at how the S&P 500 has been moving and what it tells us about
00:23investor sentiment.
00:24And we're going to start about one of the biggest semiconductor is NVIDIA.
00:28As of this morning, it's down by 0.07%.
00:32And the latest news on NVIDIA has agreed to provide a guarantee of up to $105 billion to help OpenAI
00:39lease a sprawling data center in Ohio being developed by SoftBank-owned SP Energy
00:46in one of the chipmaker's largest infrastructure financing commitments.
00:51The Jensen Huang Lack firm said on Monday it will also invest $1.5 billion in SP Energy months after
00:58a $1 billion investment from OpenAI and SoftBank to expand data center infrastructure.
01:04The new deal is the latest example of NVIDIA financing the infrastructure built around its chips,
01:11a strategy that helps drive demand but has also raised questions about circular funding flows between the chipmaker and its
01:18customers.
01:19Last week, scrutiny of such funding deepened after NVIDIA partner with six major financial institutions including BlackRock to launch financing
01:29platforms targeting more than $500 billion in third-party funding for AI infrastructure.
01:35Huang said the new deal was not circular financing and that NVIDIA is using its skill and long-term visibility

02:34roads and then incorporate CyberCaps into its robotaxic service in Austin a few days later.
02:41According to the report, the company has been preparing for a launch with steps including tests driving, offering employee rides
02:48on private roads and conducting training with local first responders in recent weeks, the report said.

03:02Friday, it reinstate binding arbitrations for its U.S. customers while also barring them from seeking class action lawsuits,
