00:00Hi there, well this is it, reopening day, a day that for the hospitality business is long overdue.
00:08We've taken every precaution, every necessary safety measure to ensure the safety of our
00:13guests and the staff, but I came through these gates literally aged 19 years old
00:23and wanted to be a pastry chef here and little did I know as I drove through these gates a
00:32few decades ago, mind,
00:37that that new place opened a few years ago would be a place of my very own. Cook School
00:51and the kitchen. We look forward to welcoming our guests, we're going to open bookings for outside
01:00guests very soon so please stay in touch, we've got a huge waiting list for the Cookery School
01:06and as you can imagine it's all just a work in progress at the moment until we get fired up
01:11but the hotel itself is packed and this restaurant for the next few months
01:20I'm going to be a bit busy
01:24but as you can see
01:27the team has done a sterling job getting everything ready
01:32not just inside but trying to do outside as well
01:38but this is just a message to everybody who's opening up today in the hospitality business
01:44to all the customers we want to say thank you to everybody
01:48all the teams that are working so hard to make this happen and to create a new normal
