00:13What we do is we help build the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Sharjand in UAE
00:18by supporting entrepreneurs from ideation until skill through access to mentorship,
00:25to opportunities for exposure, access to contracts, access to potential investments, and other means of support.
00:34It's an honor and a privilege to be recognized by Incaribia among other inspiring women.
00:40Thank you for that.
00:42And the message I think I would like to spread by this recognition for other women is
00:48never stop leading with confidence and making sure that wherever you go, you lead your purpose,
00:54you are confident, and you're able to create impact and make a difference in anything that you're doing.
01:03So what I would advise is for them to never stop dreaming and not to stop and wait for everything
01:10to be perfect before they take their first step.
01:13Usually what you need to do is you need to just have faith and courage just to take that first
01:17things will just fall into place as you move forward.
01:19You don't really need to have all the answers when you start.
01:22All you need is confidence and faith.
01:26And with that, I think, you know, I believe that we're all blessed to be part of this country and
01:31that nothing is impossible.
01:33And I think just, you know, by being here and by just having that, these role models from our leadership
01:41by itself,
01:43whether we're expats or whatever it doesn't matter, and just to take that one step forward and then things will
01:52just fall into place.
