00:26I believe that this is less of a personal achievement and more of a reflection to the enabling environment that
00:34women here in the UAE enjoy
00:37where they get to lead and innovate and contribute with confidence
00:43and if there is one message this recognition sends is the fact that influence is not defined by titles
00:53and by visibility but I would say it is more about creating public impact for the others and for the
01:01communities.
01:04If there is one lesson I've learned is the fact that success is about creating value and impact towards others
01:12and less about proving yourself.
01:15Early in my career I was less focused on delivering a successful job.
01:20Now I believe that leadership is really measured by the impact and enabling opportunities that you provide to others
01:29and the lasting impact that you leave behind after you've long moved on.
01:37My advice would be don't wait until you are completely ready before you take on your bigger challenges.
01:48Like changes and developments are waiting for you outside your comfort zone.
01:54Stay confident, keep learning, innovate, try and lead with purpose
