00:03I think that's one important thing I've learned over the years here.
00:07For me, it really is important through this onboarding process
00:13with these new guys to get to know them,
00:17get a quick read of what type of information they're used to,
00:22the types of things they like.
00:24And that's going to be a process we're going to learn with these guys
00:27over these next few weeks.
00:30But, yeah, I mean, when you add guys with that type of arm talent
00:36and Gosman and Clay Holmes and obviously Zephyr John, it's exciting.
00:42It's exciting.
00:43And it rejuvenates the team.
00:46I think that's the biggest thing.
00:49It's not just me or us as coaches and how we want to put these puzzle pieces
00:54together, but you feel the buzz through the team.
00:57You feel the buzz through the position players and the guys,
00:59and they know they're getting support and they're getting guys
01:03to come in here and help you win ballgames.
