00:14In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, peace be with you.
00:19We acknowledge our sins on this feast of St. John Vianney, the Kura Daas,
00:25but more importantly the compassion, the mercy, and the love of God.
00:29Loving God, you are with us in good times and in bad times. Lord, have mercy.
00:35You turn to good everything for those who love you. Christ, have mercy.
00:39And you call us away from fear into love. Lord, have mercy.
00:44May Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us our sins, and lead us into healing and life everlasting.
00:51Let us pray. Almighty and merciful God, who made the priest St. John Vianney
00:57wonderful in his pastoral zeal, grant, we pray, that through his intercession and example,
01:04we may in charity win brothers and sisters for Christ and obtain with them eternal glory.
01:10Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
01:16God forever and ever. Amen.
01:23A reading from the prophet Ezekiel.
01:27The word of the Lord was addressed to me as follows.
01:31Son of man, I have appointed you as sentry to the house of Israel.
01:38Whenever you hear a word from me, warn them in my name.
01:44If I say to a wicked man, you are to die, and you do not warn them,
01:50if you do not speak and warn him to renounce his evil ways and so live,
01:56then he shall die for his sin, but I will hold you responsible for his death.
02:02If, however, you do warn a wicked man, and he does not renounce his wickedness and his evil ways,
02:11then he shall die for his sin, but you yourself would have saved your life.
02:17When the upright man renounces his integrity to do evil, and I set a trap for him,
02:25he too shall die, since you failed to warn him.
02:29He shall die for his sins, and the integrity he practiced will no longer be remembered.
02:36But I will hold you responsible for his death.
02:39If, however, you warn the upright man not to sin, and he abstains from sinning,
02:45he shall live thanks to your warning, and you too will have saved your life.
02:51The word of the Lord. Thanks be to God.
02:56Go out to all the world and tell the good news.
03:00Go out to all the world and tell the good news.
03:04Oh, praise the Lord all you nations, acclaim him all you peoples.
03:09Go out to all the world and tell the good news.
03:12Strong is his love for us, he is faithful forever.
03:16Go out to all the earth and tell the good news.
03:23Alleluia, alleluia. The Lord sent me to bring good news to the poor,
03:27and freedom to prisoners. Alleluia.
03:32The Lord be with you. A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Matthew.
03:37Glory to you, O Lord.
03:41Jesus made a tour through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues,
03:45proclaiming the good news of the kingdom, and curing all kinds of diseases and sicknesses.
03:51And when he saw the crowds, he felt sorry for them,
03:54because they were harassed and dejected like sheep without a shepherd.
03:58Then he said to his disciples, The harvest is rich, but the laborers are few.
04:04So asked the Lord of the harvest to send laborers to his harvest.
04:09He summoned his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits
04:14and the power to cast them out and to cure all kinds of diseases and sicknesses.
04:21The Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.
04:30St. John Vianney.
04:33People could see in the seminary he was pious, he was committed, he was prayerful,
04:37but his studies were not really good at all.
04:40But they still let him through, because he was such a good man.
04:44And they were not wrong.
04:46He was able to somehow read inside the soul of people and guide them and be a great pastor.
04:54They used to even charter trains to the little village of us from Paris for people to come and visit
05:00him and to get spiritual advice.
05:02He would be all day long in the confession of hearing compassion and giving pastor advice and spiritual advice to
05:09people.
05:11God's wisdom is bigger than ordinary wisdom.
05:14Ordinary wisdom is important, but God's wisdom is bigger.
05:18So we need to tune in to the source of all wisdom and guidance and let the Holy Spirit guide
05:24us to the greater insights and wisdom.
05:27Through prayer, through reflection on the scriptures, and through the actions of the Spirit over the ages.

05:43Blessed are you, Lord God of all creation.
05:45For through your goodness we have this bread to offer, which earth has given human hands have made,
05:50to become for us the bread of life.
05:53Blessed be God forever.
06:12Blessed are you Lord God of all creation
06:14For for your goodness we have this wine to offer
06:16Fruit of divine work of human hands
06:19It will become a spiritual drink
06:21Blessed be God forever
06:36Let us pray brothers and sisters
06:38That my sacrifice and yours may be acceptable
06:41To God our almighty Father
06:43May the Lord accept the sacrifice at our hands
06:46For the praise and glory of God's name
06:48For our good and the good of God's holy church
07:00As we celebrate the offering of blessed John
07:04We pray O Lord
07:06That you may pour out your blessing from heaven
07:09On those offerings we have made to you
07:12So that in partaking of them
07:14We may be without fault
07:16And be replenished with heavenly food
07:18Through Christ our Lord
07:20Amen
07:27The Lord be with you
07:29Lift up your hearts
07:30Let us give thanks to the Lord our God
07:33It is truly right and just
07:36Our duty and our salvation
07:37Always and everywhere to give you thanks
07:40Lord Holy Father
07:41Almighty and eternal God
07:43Through Christ our Lord
07:44For as on the festival of St. John Vianney
07:47You bid your church rejoice
07:49So too you strengthen her
07:51By the example of his holy life
07:53Teach her by his words of preaching
07:55And keep her safe in answer to his prayers
07:58And so with the company of angels and saints
08:01We sing the hymn of your praise
08:03As without end we acclaim
08:05Holy, holy, holy Lord God of hosts
08:08Heaven and earth are full of your glory
08:11Hosanna in the highest
08:13Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord
08:16Hosanna in the highest
08:23You are indeed holy, O Lord
08:25The font of all holiness
08:26Make holy
08:27Therefore these gifts we pray
08:28By sending down your spirit upon them
08:30Like the dewfall
08:31So that they may become for us
08:33The body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ
08:36At the time he was betrayed
08:38And entered willingly into his passion
08:40He took bread
08:42And giving thanks broke it
08:44And gave it to his disciples
08:46Saying take this all of you
08:47And eat of it
08:48For this is my body
08:50Which will be given up for you
08:57In a similar way
08:59When supper was ended
09:00He took the chalice
09:01And once more giving thanks
09:03He gave it to his disciples
09:04Saying take this all of you
09:06And drink from it
09:07For this is the chalice of my blood
09:10The blood of the new
09:11And eternal covenant
09:13Which will be pulled out for you
09:15And for many
09:16For the forgiveness of sins
09:18Do this in memory of me
09:26The mystery of faith
09:28Save us, Savior of the world
09:30For by your cross and resurrection
09:33You have set us free
09:36Therefore as we celebrate
09:38The memorial of his death
09:39And resurrection
09:40We offer you Lord
09:41The bread of life
09:42And the chalice of salvation
09:44Giving thanks
09:45That you have held us worthy
09:46To be in your presence
09:48And minister to you
09:50Humbly we pray
09:51That partaking of the body
09:53And blood of Christ
09:54We may be gathered into one
09:56By the Holy Spirit
09:57Remember Lord your church
09:59Spread throughout the world
10:00And bring her to the fullness
10:01Of charity
10:02Together with Leo our Pope
10:05Me your unworthy servant
10:06And all the clergy
10:08Remember also our brothers
10:10And sisters
10:11Who have fallen asleep
10:12In the hope of the resurrection
10:14And all who have died
10:16In your mercy
10:18Welcome them
10:19Into the light of your face
10:21Have mercy on us all
10:22We pray
10:23That with the blessed
10:24Virgin Mary
10:25Mother of God
10:25Blessed Joseph
10:26Her spouse
10:27With the blessed
10:28Apostles
10:29And all the saints
10:30Who have pleased you
10:31Throughout the ages
10:32We may through your grace
10:34Merit to be
10:34Coerced to eternal life
10:36And may praise
10:37And glorify you
10:38Through your Son
10:39Jesus Christ
10:44Through him
10:44And with him
10:45And in him
10:46O God
10:46Almighty Father
10:47In the unity
10:48Of the Holy Spirit
10:49All glory
10:51And honor
10:51Is yours
10:52Forever
10:52And ever
10:53Amen
10:55At the Savior's command
10:57And formed
10:58By divine teaching
10:59We dare to say
11:00Our Father
11:01Who art in heaven
11:02Hallowed be thy name
11:04Thy kingdom come
11:06Thy will be done
11:07On earth
11:07As it is in heaven
11:09Give us this day
11:10Our daily bread
11:11And forgive us
11:13Our trespasses
11:14As we forgive those
11:15Who trespass against us
11:17And lead us
11:18Not into temptation
11:19But deliver us
11:21From evil
11:21Deliver us Lord
11:23From every evil
11:24Graciously grant peace
11:26In our days
11:26That by the help
11:28Of your mercy
11:28We may be always
11:30Free from sin
11:31And safe from all distress
11:32As we await
11:33The blessed hope
11:34And the coming
11:35Of our Savior
11:36Jesus Christ
11:37For the kingdom
11:38The power
11:39And the glory
11:40Are yours
11:40Now and forever
11:41Lord Jesus Christ
11:43Who said to your apostles
11:45Peace I leave you
11:46My peace I give you
11:47Look not on our sins
11:49But on the faith
11:50Of your church
11:51And graciously grant her
11:52Peace and unity
11:53In accordance with your will
11:55Who live and reign
11:56Forever and ever
11:57Amen
11:58The peace of our Lord
12:00Jesus Christ
12:00Be with you always
12:01Let us offer each other
12:03A sign of peace
12:04Peace be with you all
12:07Lamb of God
12:08You take away
12:09The sins of the world
12:10Have mercy on us
12:12Lamb of God
12:13You take away
12:14The sins of the world
12:16Have mercy on us
12:17Lamb of God

12:19The sins of the world
12:21Grant us peace
12:38Behold the Lamb of God
12:39Who takes away
12:40The sins of the world
12:41Happy are those
12:42Who are called
12:42To the supper of the Lamb
12:44Lord I am not worthy
12:45You should enter
12:46Under my roof
12:47But only say the word
12:48And my soul shall be healed
12:50My Jesus
12:51I believe that you are present
12:53In the most blessed sacrament
12:54I love you above all things
12:56And I desire to receive you
12:58Into my soul
12:59Since I cannot now
13:01Receive you sacramentally
13:02Comidly spiritually
13:04Into my heart
13:05I embrace you
13:07As if you were already there
13:08And unite myself
13:10Wholly to you
13:11Never permit me
13:12To be separated from you
13:14Amen
13:14Let us pray
13:23May your holy gifts
13:25Which we have received
13:26Fill us with life
13:27O Lord
13:28So that we who rejoice
13:30In God's liberating
13:31Blessed John Vianney
13:33May also profit
13:34From his example
13:35Of apostolic virtue
13:36Through Christ our Lord
13:38Amen
13:38The Lord be with you
13:40And may the peace
13:41And the blessing
13:42Of the Father
13:43And of the Son
13:43And of the Holy Spirit
13:45Come upon you
13:46And remain always with you
13:47Let us go
13:48And live the gospel
13:49Thanks be to God
13:51And God bless your day
