00:00Were you aware that she was on what's called a one-to-one?

00:06That means patient usually can't be left alone and also depending.
00:13You always have to have somebody outside the room to monitor the patient.
00:17And is that because that patient has been identified as a potential suicide risk?

00:23Now, on the 24th into the early morning, I was at the 25th, was there a particular event that you
00:32were witness to for this particular patient?
00:34She coded.
00:36What does that mean?
00:37It means her blood pressure dropped for her.
00:40It meant her blood pressure dropped and it wasn't sustainable with life.
00:44So what did you do when her blood pressure fell and she coded?
00:48We started CPR.
00:50We did compressions.
00:53And this event occurred approximately at 3.30 in the morning, correct?
00:57Yes.
00:58Was she eventually stabilized after that code?
01:01She was.
