00:13Senator Sanjeev Boudou has erased the specific concerns on behalf of the opposition during the PNM's public meeting,
00:19which took place a few hours after the revocation of preventive detention orders against businessman Dominic Hadid and his wife
00:27Genevieve.
00:27It is our citizens that have to now spend millions of dollars in legal fees for imported UK counsel and
00:37local UNC counsel who are friends and family and state board chairmen.
00:42That is the millions of dollars that you and I have to spend now.
00:45And not to mention the millions of dollars in damages that the state may have to pay to any person
00:52found to be unlawfully or unconstitutionally or unfair.
00:57unfairly detained.
00:59A summary of the Homeland Security Minister's statement about the revocation of the detention orders against the Hadids said,
01:06the decision follows a comprehensive review of all relevant legal, medical, and public interest considerations,
01:13including the recommendation of the Constitution Review Tribunal and ongoing assessments conducted under the Emergency Powers Regulations 2026.

01:25Resign now, Minister of Homeland Security, and take the Minister of Defense with you, and take the Attorney General with
01:34you, and take the Prime Minister with you one time.
01:38Opposition lead-up Nelope Beckels expressed her own concerns as she made reference to the state of emergency that took
01:44place in 2011 under the then-UNC-led People's Partnership government.
01:49Almost 600 persons that they have locked up under the state of emergency.

02:36subject of continued monitoring and surveillance to ensure that the ongoing investigation is in no way undermined.
