00:06Haas
00:06Haas boss Ayo Kamatsu says that the squad's eponymous owner Gene Haas is more committed than ever to his American
00:12outfit.
00:13Shutting down torque he may be considering selling to title sponsor Toyota.
00:20But there's no doubt that Haas, which buys everything from Ferrari that it doesn't have to make, is taking on
00:26more of a Japanese flavor.
00:27Including monster news on its most recent visit to Tokyo.
00:32With its drivers Esteban Ocon and Oliver Behrman revealing a special Godzilla livery.
00:38Thanks to a new season long partnership with Japanese entertainment firm Toho to promote upcoming film Godzilla Minus Zero.
00:46It's a special week obviously for us on daily delivery of our new car.
00:51I'm very happy to have this one. It's a pleasure to be back here in Japan. It's my first trip
00:59to Japan.
01:01Godzilla though pales in comparison to real Japanese behemoth Toyota, Haas' title sponsor, with whom it signed a technical partnership
01:09to share knowledge, expertise and resources.
01:16Toyota's most visible contribution has been a testing of previous cars or TPC program.
01:21Including one for its ex-foundation driver Roman Grosjean at Italian track Mugello.
01:29Or famously at Japan's Fuji Speedway with Haas Reserve Ryo Hirakawa and Super Formula's Short Suboe for his first taste
01:37of a Grand Prix car.
01:42Suboe was supported in the Fuji garage by F1 veteran Komui Kobayashi who has tested Haas' cars including at France's
01:49circuit Paul Ricard.
01:53The Fuji test was also a chance for the Japanese to celebrate Haas boss Ayo Komatsu with a long line
01:59for autographs when there wasn't running.
02:02But Haas' Toyota collaboration goes further than that, with development and manufacturing opportunities at its Cologne Motorsport base that once
02:10formed the heart of its works F1 program.
02:15The sky is the limit for Haas, but it's taking things one day at a time.
02:20The sky is a great book of Haas.
02:20It's not just the sky is a great book of Haas.
02:20It's very little bit, but it's the light for the first right time.
02:21The sky is the protectedĐş in the sky.
