00:12I want to challenge you to create an epic dessert to pair with the flavours.
00:16I've got ideas that are already coming into my mind.
00:18For this new release we're using Fortified Musket Barrels from Rutherglen
00:22and I want you to try the wine first just to dissect those flavours.
00:25Sweet, full body raisins and spice is coming to my palate.
