00:06Curious to see what it tastes like. Looking at it, it looks like whiskey.
00:10I mean, it looks like a whiskey. Yeah. Maybe slightly redder shade than usual.
00:16I smell a bit of berry flavour in there. I smell chocolate in there.
00:20A bit of oak. You can definitely smell the black forest.
00:23There's definitely like a sweetness to it. Yeah, a bit peppery at the start.
00:26Twit's nice. There's buttery notes, definitely. Baked goods.
00:32I feel like it would be fantastic baked into something. It's interesting knowing that the wine's
00:36in there. It doesn't taste like wine, but it's got a few of those sort of fruity notes.
00:41I wouldn't guess wine as the first go-to when I taste this.
00:44The more I try it, the more I get like a caramelly, birch sugary kind of brown sugar.
00:49Something like that there. So we've added a bit of water which really helps to bring out the flavour.
00:53It kind of has less of the initial punch and it lets the flavours kind of be a bit more

00:59rather than overwhelming. This takes a bit of the edge off and then you can experience some
01:04of the more subtle flavours, I think. Creamy. Yeah. And creaminess. Yeah, definitely.
01:09I feel like I'm getting a little bit of that coconut, but it's quite subtle.
01:13So it would go quite nice in a cocktail. It'd make a good a good highball.
01:17I'd like to try it over ice because then you just get that water melting into it and it opening

01:22the flavour a bit. And then I would probably have it like after dinner. Almost dessert wine-y.
01:28In three words, I'd describe this as spicy, sweet and approachable.
01:33If I was going to try and try and encourage someone to buy it, I would say that it tastes
01:37like more of a whisky than I expected. I expected there to be some kind of a hybrid,
