00:00Pearl Abyss has dropped an update for Crimson Desert for the second time this week, focusing
00:04on the open world game's new boss rematch feature.
00:07Earlier this month, the developer heard fan complaints about endgame emptiness loud and
00:10clear.
00:11The further players got in the mammoth fantasy romp, the more sparse and less dangerous its
00:14world got, which is kind of the opposite experience you want to have as you turn your characters
00:18into monster-killing machines.
00:20To tackle those endgame woes, Pearl Abyss added a whopping 69 boss rematches, and a feature
00:25that saw enemies periodically retake strongholds you had previously liberated with the promise
00:29that both features were works in progress.
00:32Now in Crimson Desert's 1.07.00 patch, the studios added five more bosses to take on
00:37once more.
00:38Muskan, Corrupted Caliburn, Goyenn, Draven the Crowcaller, and Clockwork Whitehorn.
00:44Players would normally be able to re-challenge bosses wherever they were first encountered,
00:47but baddies originally found in the abyss have been relocated above ground for their own rematches.
00:52You can see their locations in the in-game journal if you're lost.
00:55Are you ready for those rematches?
