Presidential Communications Undersecretary Claire Castro affirmed during a press conference on Wednesday, July 15, that it will not abandon the pursuit of justice for the victims of the previous administration’s drug war, amid the recent statements of the United States of America, opposing International Criminal Court (ICC) jurisdiction.

Castro said the government is reviewing the matter and will consult President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. before taking an official position, noting justice must serve both victims and the rights of the accused. (Video courtesy of RTVM)
