00:55The high-stakes maritime standoff escalated after U.S. Central Command deployed advanced maritime combat drones
01:01for the first time, utilizing three unmanned surface vessels to strike an Iranian submarine
01:06and a maintenance base at Bandar Abbas.
01:09In immediate retaliation for these strikes, Iran's Revolutionary Guard launched heavy missile and drone salvos
01:15against U.S. assets in Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait and Oman,
01:19with Gulf air defenses actively intercepting multiple incoming projectiles.
01:24A joint statement has been issued by European countries including Britain, France and Germany,
01:29condemning Tehran's attacks while London announced plans to officially designate
01:34the Revolutionary Guard as a national security threat.
01:38The rapid escalation has pushed the critical June framework agreement to the brink of collapse,
01:43leaving international mediators scrambling to salvage the truce
01:46as crude oil prices surge amid threat of a renewed all-out war.
01:56The Hungarian parliament has approved the 17th amendment to the constitution
02:00which allows for the removal of President Tomas Suyok.
02:04139 members of parliament voted in favor, 6 against and 54 did not vote.
02:09Fidesz and the Christian Democratic People's Party, KDMP, protested the move
02:14and boycotted the National Assembly session.
02:16Among the opposition, only the representatives of the far-right Miha Zang party voted.
02:21Prime Minister Peter Macar argued that it would be a betrayal of the Hungarian nation
02:26not to amend the Fidesz-drafted constitution which he described as the founding document
02:30of the organized crime structure built by Fidesz and KDMP.
02:34As justification for removing the President of the Republic, he gave the lengthy list of issues
02:39on which Tomas Suyok had remained silent, for example, even when it became clear
02:43that police proceedings and secret service surveillance had been launched

04:00European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen
04:03has called for stronger protections for children online,
04:06saying the evidence presented on Monday by the special panel on child safety online
04:11should help shape future European policy.
04:14Von der Leyen said the evidence increasingly supported
04:17introducing a minimum age for access to social media
04:20and suggested a phased approach for different age groups.
04:24She said the argument to ban toddlers from screens and digital platforms
04:28and that children under 13 should only be allowed to use social media
04:33under adult supervision was the most convincing.
04:36Social media is not a toy, von der Leyen stressed.
04:39The status quo, a world where we continue to allow big tech
04:45unrestricted access to our children
04:47will only consign another generation to more mental harm,
04:52addiction and misery.
04:54According to data from the research,
04:56young people spent between four and six hours a day on screens,
05:00while almost 60% of young children
05:03have experienced emotional or psychosocial problems online.
05:07Von der Leyen also argued that technology companies,
05:10rather than parents or children,
05:13should bear responsibility for making online platforms safe,
05:16as they have a duty of care to their users.
05:19The report identified services that contain age-inappropriate features,
05:24such as infinite scrolling, autoplay and persistent notifications,
05:28describing them as social media plus.
05:31The commission will review the panel's recommendations
05:49before presenting legislative proposals after the summer.
05:58At least 27 people have died and dozens were injured
06:02after a huge fire broke out in a Bangkok bar on Sunday.
06:06People ran, screaming out of the venue as flames shot out of the entrance,
06:11several with their clothing burned or ablaze.
06:14Ten of the victims have been identified so far,
06:17nine of them Thai nationals and one from Laos.
06:20Two members of a band performing at the bar were among those who died,
06:24according to one band member who survived.
06:42Forensic police began working on Monday in the gutted venue,
06:46its windows blown out,
06:47as investigators sought to establish what caused the fire
06:50and why it was so deadly.
07:10It was the deadliest fire in Thailand since a blazed tour
07:14through Bangkok's Santeca Club during New Year celebrations in 2009,
07:19killing 67 people and injuring more than 200.
07:27The death toll from the devastating twin earthquakes
07:30that struck Venezuela almost 20 days ago
07:33rose to nearly 4,500 on Sunday.
07:36The government reported more than 19,500 people
07:39were living in camps due to the destruction.
07:42At the end of June,
07:43two earthquakes with a magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 struck Caracas
07:48in the coastal state of La Guaira.
07:50The quakes destroyed or completely flattened
07:53entire high-rise apartment buildings,
07:55leaving many displaced and without a home.
08:00The government said it would start providing some apartments
08:03to families in the coming days that were under construction
08:06before the quake,
08:07but said that significant resources will be needed
08:09to build more and provide rental and property assistance.
08:14Meanwhile, many Venezuelans continue to search
08:17for relatives buried under the rubble.
08:19While more and more machinery has become available
08:21to help the search and rescue efforts,
08:24many argue that there is still insufficient government assistance
08:27for families searching for bodies.
08:49and the means that there are not just too many people
08:53who are willing to pursue their place.
08:56The truth is that it is an extremely strong investment
08:59to purchase walls,
09:00and then I believe that being able to do with much
09:03people who have the same purpose,
09:06I think it reduces the economic part, it also provides a moment in family and above all to be able
09:15to fill the album, which is the main thing.
09:31I think it's a success, it's something that breaks records and it's part of that, it's something special.
09:53Well, enjoy, if it's full or if it's not full, it's a part of the living, enjoy the activities and
10:00the environment.
10:30Thank you very much.
10:30It's really an initiative of Martin Margiela, who decided that it was time for him.
10:36Probably that his objects are in other hands, in other institutions, and in fact, are viewed by the most large
10:45number of people possible.
10:46It's an initiative really very, very, very personal.
10:50He has 69 years, he has no heritage, and in a certain way, he organizes his own heritage,
10:58by putting in competition all the potential buyers who could be interested.
11:11Here you have, in fact, three Barbies.
11:15The Barbies, it's something that Martin has really used since he was born.
11:21His father was a coiffeur, and in fact, he had fun with the Barbies to make their coiffure and makeup.
11:31And this is something that I'd like.
11:32If you enjoyed this video, please stop speaking to me.
11:33The Barbies, it's a different experience of taking a bit of jobs,
11:33Thank you very much.
