There isn’t anything more American than burgers and butter. In this video, Nicole shows you how to make homemade butter burgers with frozen butter incorporated into the burger mixture. The frozen butter is grated and mixed directly into the meat, which gives the burgers more flavor and juiciness as they cook.

00:00I look forward to a grilled burger,
00:01and we're about to make the best ones possible.
00:03So I've got my ground beef.
00:05I'm gonna season it a little bit.
00:07Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little Worcestershire.
00:09And give that a little mix,
00:11and then we'll add in the secret ingredient.
00:12Now, it might not be in your freezer,
00:13but it needs to be.
00:15Butter.
00:15I like to kind of grate some, mix it, grate it, mix it.
00:19You want them to be kind of like little flecks in there.
00:21So that way, when the burger cooks,
00:23as it gets hot, that butter kind of melts into the meat.
00:27You can just cut pieces of parchment paper
00:29or about the size, a little bit bigger
00:30than the patty that you want to make.
00:32Burger, parchment, and you get the idea.
00:34It makes them very easy to grab and throw on the grill
00:36without messing up your hands.
00:38This is a great meal prep idea
00:40because you can now freeze it like this.
00:43That's how you prep the burgers for the cookout.
00:45When your burgers go on,
00:46you can put an indention into the center.
00:48That way, they don't puff up too much.
00:50I love a flame broiled burger.
00:52It's about to get messy.
00:57And juicy.
00:58That is an all-American classic burger.
01:01I'm going to need some napkins.
