00:00Five things I believe will help grow more talented young African players is number one,
00:05the local clubs across Africa need to start fighting one another internally in terms of
00:11youth and whatnot and should actually help build each other together. Number two, I feel like we
00:16should have more qualified coaches, more coaches that have their Cap D license, their Cap C license,
00:22their Cap B license and so on because not only do they learn, not only will they teach the boys
00:28their own knowledge but knowledge from FIFA. Thirdly, I believe that the investments that
00:34go into the clubs or that go into the local clubs for football specifically actually need to go in
00:40because it's a thing of money, the government gives the football associations the money but then the
00:46high-ups take it and it disappears and it doesn't actually go to the players or to the clubs and
00:52that also leads to my fourth point which is we need to build better infrastructures. The clubs need
00:58to build, we need to have more improved pitches and and whatnot and that only happens and that
01:05will only work if the investments actually come. And last but not least, I believe that us as African
01:11boys we have the flair, we have the skill, we just need to work on the mental side of football
01:17and the
01:17physical side of football.
