00:25It's prompted swift action from the child care regulator which has shut down the centre for the second time this
00:32year.

00:35This matter is very serious and I have serious concerns about the ability for this service to manage allergens going
00:41forward.
00:41The board's imposed a two week closure but the centre has opted to extend that to three months.
00:47We need to undertake a full review and this extended shutdown will enable us to do that.
00:52This is one of several EDGE Early Learning sites in South Australia that have been hit with compliance action in
00:58recent months.
00:59The Education Standards Board today conceding it's losing faith in the provider.
01:03And there could be further penalties to come following a board probe into the incident.
01:08That may include suspensions, that may include even cancellation depending on what our investigation reveals.
