00:00I'm Paul Rasmussen. After some areas saw record rainfall Sunday, a flood watch will be in effect later today with
00:07more heavy rains in the forecast.
00:09News Radio KDK's David Bollorato has that story in the newsroom.
00:13Paul, Chris Leonardi of the National Weather Service says some areas north of the city saw up to two and
00:17a half inches of rain and even more further to the north.
00:20The really heaviest rain was off to North Butler, Armstrong, Indiana counties.
00:24We got some isolated tolls, probably over three inches, especially as you get towards the northern parts of Armstrong and
00:30Clarion.
00:31The flood watch in effect from 11 to 11.
00:32On the Big K Morning Show, he said if there was any silver lining, it's that the rain did bring
00:36an end to last week's excessive heat with no 90-degree highs expected anytime soon.
00:40In the newsroom, David Bollorato, News Radio KDKA.

02:57It's a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad decision.
03:01As for Belgium, who will now have to defend against Balerian tonight,
03:06their coach is mocking the decision, invoking April Fool's Day, saying,
03:10I didn't know that at the World Cup, the 5th of July is actually the 1st of April.
03:15Well, FIFA reversed Balerian's suspension following a conversation with President Donald Trump,
03:20but now Belgium has reportedly been granted the right to appeal the decision.
