00:07demanding they preserve records of their investigations into him.

00:11Brennan has been under investigation for months in Florida,

00:14with Trump administration officials, including former Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard,

00:20accusing him of being part of a group of Obama appointees that committed a treasonous conspiracy

00:25about Russian interference in the 2016 election.

00:29Brennan claims he is the victim of a vindictive prosecution and is accused of, quote,

00:34phantom criminal conduct.

00:36The court filing states,

00:38President Trump has been condemning and calling for Director Brennan's prosecution for years.

00:43Administration officials from the acting attorney general to the FBI director

00:47and the counselor overseeing the Brennan investigations have been publicly declaring

00:52Director Brennan a criminal, not only before securing a conviction in court,

00:56but even before a full investigation.

00:58And an indictment.
