00:21Well, specifically about this, I'm going to tell you exactly what was in the ref's perspective
00:26because I am a referee, so I can kind of understand.
00:30So let me explain.
00:33So Messi's encounter with that player, he was at fast speed.
00:38He was clearly going for the ball, and maybe this player, Bundigan, was also going for the ball.
00:44The difference with this foul was that not only did he get his lower calf area,
00:49ankle area as well, causing the player's ankle to roll.
00:53I think he was going at a higher speed as well.
00:56And this isn't the first instance that this has happened.
01:00I've seen four other instances where players, we've seen pictures of their cleats on other
01:06players' calves, and maybe a foul was awarded, but no red card and no yellow card.

01:28This was a heartbreaking game.
01:30Senegal had a foul against top teams in the group stage.

01:36It looked like they were sitting comfortably, but Belgium, two goals in five minutes,
01:42and then in a crazy overtime, you know, they were able to score.
01:45It was heartbreaking to watch.
01:48But I think this begs the question, how is Belgium going to play, you know,
01:52against the possible game?
01:55Because it looks like their defense is pretty weak.
01:58You know, based off of that game, I'm just happy to have gone through.
02:02Honestly, I personally think that Senegal should have taken that home.
02:07And Belgium scored in the 85th minute and the 88th minute,
02:10and there was an unlucky penalty kick.
02:12And I think they're just grateful to have gone past the round of 32.
02:16They know how they got pretty lucky there.
02:19So I'd be mad if they lose in the round of 16.
