00:00This is Daniel McCall. Daniel's 54 years old, and he goes over to the two victims' house
00:09with a firearm, and he threatens them. And we get called, and we find Daniel, and he
00:16said, hey, the victims paid me with a counterfeit $50 bill for working on their vehicle, and
00:26I came back to get my money. Well, he pointed a gun at the victim and threatened to shoot
00:34him. And then we're talking to the victims, and they said, no, no, no, no, no, no. We
00:41bought $50 worth of marijuana from him and gave him a $50 bill. We didn't know it was
00:49counterfeit. So, of course, now we start an investigation. And we asked McCall about
00:57the gun. He said, oh, I'm a convicted felon. It was a black water pistol. And we said,
01:04well, where is it? He said, I don't know. I threw it away. And we said, well, why did
01:09you throw it away if it was just a water pistol? Well, I didn't want to get in
01:13trouble. Well, we did a search warrant on his house. And guess what? He had in his
01:22house ammunition, a loaded nine millimeter real black and silver firearm. He had in
01:33his house a trafficking amount of methamphetamine, fentanyl, marijuana, cocaine. He ended up in
01:46a whole lot of trouble. Oh, he's a convicted felon. He's 54 years old. He certainly should
01:59have remembered the number one rule in business. Sometimes it's better just to cut your losses.
02:06But because he's going to be a bad guy and point a gun when you're convicted felon,
02:13things didn't turn out so good for him. And he ended up charged with a whole lot of criminal charges
02:22that should send him to prison upon conviction.
02:28Daniel, how'd that work out for you?
