00:00We see prices for chips memories going up, but the trigger for that is not the Middle East crisis.
00:07This is a trend that we have seen before, triggered by the development of the data centers, as I explained.
00:15You mentioned helium. This is something that I also learned was new for me,
00:19that when you get gas, explore gas, that this is a side product, helium,
00:27and if gas infrastructure is destroyed, then you are lacking helium as well.
00:32And that is needed to, as you said, produce the memories.
00:36Compared to what we have seen before memory prices going up because of the overall shortage because of AI,
00:43this is only a very minor effect, I can say.
00:45And our suppliers are not basically sitting in that area, so we are not affected by that.
00:51So for us, it's more second-round effects, energy prices and logistic cost.
00:56Are you forced to, those contracts you have for chips, though, are you forced to pay higher prices?
01:00Is it more difficult to get hold of them?
01:03Because we cover data center stories day after day after day on Bloomberg,
01:07and everybody is after those memory chips.
01:09I think we need to differentiate.
01:11Different chips, yeah.
01:12For 26, we are almost fully covered when it comes to volumes.
01:17We have also, to a very large extent, fixed the prices that we need to pay, and that we did
01:23early on.
01:24So for 26, we are doing okay.
01:27There is an increase, but we are also talking to our clients and negotiate prices to recover the cost that
01:36we see,
01:36at least to some extent.
01:40So this is how we deal with that.
01:43And then for 27, the story is a bit different, where it's really difficult to get the volumes procured,
01:52and we have started earlier in this year to reach out to our suppliers.
01:56What you see is that nobody is willing to agree on prices.
02:00Obviously, they want to keep the upside.
02:02What we do is, in close cooperation with our customers, with the OEMs,
02:07to understand what are the volumes that will be needed for 27, and we try to procure them now.
02:13And what we need to make sure is that we have the agreement with our customer
02:16that whatever the price will be, there is a fair share of the burden.
02:21All right.
02:21You
