01:11but um but what i have to say is like sandalia sandalia was so welcoming i said this a few

01:16in a few uh interviews already she made me feel like i was a part of the the cast from

01:24she made me feel welcome from day one she was like such a giving actor such a great actor you

01:29i've seen her work and of course we were in we were in homecoming together but we never i never

01:34her before okay and and it's so funny is that my first scene of being part of the show hey

01:41hemke welcome to the show was interrogation scene all that sequence like hi nice to meet you very nice
01:46to meet you and they are hemke nice to meet you bill nice to meet you boom but that's what
01:52comes with
01:53the writing is so brilliant because it's just funny and it's and you know and you get new ones and

01:59made it make color you know you color between the lines but it was such a great experience to be

02:04of it especially such an iconic show um because you know i have teenagers so i was very hesitant to
02:11watch that show because i've heard all what it was the premise about the show and then since i've been
02:16a father kind of things have changed in my mindset of the things that like oh if it's something very
02:21like something happens to a kid it hits me harder it hits me harder than it used to in many
02:28ways and
02:28then with with teenagers and drugs and all that stuff was like okay but when i got when i got
02:35offered to when i got invited to audition for the show i i watched it and i just literally just
02:40binge watched this two seasons i was like wow what a and i could and i agree with everything that
02:46i was
02:46told to me before of how amazing the show was so when i got to audition for it it was
02:53in personal
02:53audition it was my second in personal audition in eight years because of queen of the south and the
02:58pandemic i was always on location so i was hardly ever home so i was always putting myself on tape
03:04for the next gig and all that stuff so it was a great experience to do that again and and
03:08it was
03:09like so for such an iconic show and i was felt like so out of place because i got used
03:14to my bubble doing
03:14things in the house now like how hi how are you because before i used to love being in person
03:21when
03:21the whole self-tape things happened i was like how am i supposed to act my one of my fortes
03:28is to win
03:29the room you know so anyways and i know i'm going inside all over the place but it was an
03:35amazing
03:36experience to to pertain you know him at it
