00:02Spanish authorities have announced they are creating temporary shelters in the
00:05enclave of Ceuta to host 1,800 migrants in a bid to ease the humanitarian crisis
00:11in the area. According to local media, around 4,000 people have been staying on
00:17El Trampolin Beach. The government, however, said it planned to gradually
00:20expand the capacity of the temporary facilities. The move comes after tens of
00:26thousands of migrants crossed from Morocco into the Spanish enclave last
00:30month. The majority of those that breached the border have since returned back to
00:34Morocco, but thousands remain, including many unaccompanied children. Those who are
00:41still in Ceuta are struggling to access food, water, shelter and sanitation as the
00:46city's resources are overwhelmed. At least 90 people died on both sides of the
00:52border, making it one of the deadliest migration crises to hit the region.
