00:03end to the terrible situation that some people find themselves in this country, driven to sleeping outside.
00:08However, if we're looking at the record of Andy Burnham on this, he made a similar commitment. He was mayor
00:13of Manchester.
00:14We saw rough sleeping double over the course of the last five years.
00:18So something different has to happen compared to what he was trying in Manchester.
00:21We wait to see what the detail of this plan will be.
00:24As yet, none of the plans that have been proposed by Andy Burnham and a whole number of topics have
00:29been scrutinized by Parliament.
00:30We've got roughly two weeks to wait. And so we'll get into the detail of it then.
