00:17I don't think there's a huge amount that we need to change. I think it's small things that will
00:21make a big difference and it's not about ripping it up. I think it's about keeping a lot of the
00:26good stuff that we've been doing for a period of time and that Ben and Baz built for a long
00:31while, but making small adjustments that in-game will make a big difference. So giving clarity
00:38to the group on what that looks like and then putting it into place over and over again.
00:59Yeah, I feel like you want guys to take responsibility on the field, then you have to make sure that
01:06they feel that they can be grown-up adults off it and take responsibility off it and make good
01:11decisions. Ultimately, we've got to self-police that. We've got to look after ourselves better.
01:16We can't find ourselves in a situation like we have done over the last little while.
01:21Everyone knows the responsibilities of what it takes to play for England, but at the right
01:28times I still think we should be able to celebrate and enjoy that. It's just doing it in the right
01:31way
01:34and just be grown-ups about it.
01:44It is new and there has been a lot of change, but that's okay. I don't think that's anything to
01:52worry us. I think we should be excited about what lies ahead and about this three-match series and
01:59being really absorbed in the next three games and almost celebrating the talent that we have within
02:05there. You look at the guys, there's so much to work with and so much ability there and the
02:12capability of putting in some really strong performances. Hopefully we can get off to a strong
02:18start and really lift off where we want to go.
