00:30and eventually I think we're going to be drifting off, not quite Scotland, but Lancashire, isn't it?
00:36It's all about just encouraging people to kind of cook simply, cook with flavours.
00:42You know, I love it. My last series was called Fantastic Flavours for a reason.
00:47I love incorporating flavours into food and getting people to try it
00:51and my sole purpose today was just kind of say to people, hey, come and have a try.
00:55Come and have a chat. Come and have a cuddle.
00:59People often say about, you know, your positivity, your energy, where does it come from?
01:03And I think it comes from people. I think if you give out that vibe,
01:07it doesn't matter if you're in the workplace or you come down somewhere like this,
01:10you give out that energy. We want energy.
01:12Takes me back to that great saying of Maya Angelou, she said,
01:15people forget what you did, people forget what you said,
01:18but people never forget the way you make them feel.
01:21Yeah, boy.
01:23Yorkshire chef Owen Dyram couldn't wait to meet his culinary hero.
01:28Meeting my dream man, ready, steady, cooked meals in 15 minutes.

01:55The couscous connoisseur is gearing up for his milestone 70th birthday next year.
02:00But how will he be celebrating?
02:02It's my daughter who's been saying to me,
02:04Dad, we've got to have a party. We've got to do this. We've got to do that.
02:07We? It's me. I just think, yeah, I think it's probably going to be,
02:11instead of one of those late night party things,
02:13I'm feeling a bit old now, I think a lunchtime boogie would be lovely.
02:18Food is very much a fashion. It's about a period of time.

02:30Sold over two million books and there's a reason for that.
02:33I think you identify with people.
02:34I'm here to get people cooking in the kitchen,
02:37not just for my recipes, anybody's.
02:39Get out there, get cooking, enjoy it.
02:41It brings people together.
02:43I was asked the other day, what's your favourite recipe?
02:45I said, getting people around the table.
02:47I can cook most things, but if you have that,
02:49if you have that feeling of friendships or love or family around the table,
02:54all eating, there's nothing better.
02:57Yorkshire, I love you.
