00:00There is another team that's had a little bit of difficulty scoring and winning.
00:06Oh, yeah, that would be the Dodgers, who the Brewers give him credit.
00:11The Brewers played small ball, and it was more than enough to beat the Dodgers,
00:16except the Dodgers head to Colorado.
00:18Maybe didn't get the offense going here, but Sagano's on the mound.
00:23Craig drives me crazy with him because he is sneaky better than anybody thinks he really is.
00:30And he's actually been pretty decent in Colorado this season.
00:34He has, but I'm shocked.
00:35I was thinking that this would be minus 200, minus 250 with LA and Blake Snell.
00:41I am very surprised.
00:42I mean, you may not be able to get this Dodgers price the rest of the season with Blake Snell,
00:47but it doesn't make sense, this line.
00:49It's very strange, Joe, because the Dodgers are minus 182, and the total is 11.
00:54So it's not like they're telling you Sagano is going to, like, pitch amazing or anything like that.
01:00Now, it is a little juice toward the under 11 at minus 120, as I see here.
01:04But I don't see Colorado winning this game today, and Hunter Goodman has not played, I think, in days.
01:11And he's easily the best hitter, too.
01:14So, you know, look, as long as I've been here eight, nine years, I've never said ever take a minus
01:20170,
01:21so I'm not going to start today.
01:22I'm just saying that I can't figure out why this line is so short.
01:27I fully expected LA to be minus 200 all three games in this series,
01:32especially the first two games in the series.
01:34And here they are, and they're minus 170 to start the first one.
01:37So maybe they know something I don't tonight.
01:40Well, I mean, the Dodgers, 5-10 in the month of August.
01:43They're coming off of losing 3-4 against Milwaukee,
01:47which a lot of people think is absolutely a possible matchup coming up for the National League pennant in the
01:55postseason here.
01:57Snell had a nice out.
01:58What did he strike out?
01:59Like 10 his last time out, something along those lines.
02:03But, okay, much like Pittsburgh, you have said, Colorado, not really good on the road.
02:10But at home, they're a better team at home here.
02:13Absolutely.
02:14Yeah, they're going to beat LA one of the three games.
02:17I mean, that's the deal.
02:19I mean, the Rockies win more than 30% of their home games.
02:22They do.
02:23This is not an A's situation.
02:24The Rockies, every year, they can lose 100, but they always seem to play 500 ball at home.
02:30I think on the season, they're not going to be 500, but they're going to be close.
02:33So, and they'll be horrible on the road.
02:35But I do think they'll pull off a win in the three games.
02:40I don't think it's going to be tonight.
02:41I don't think this is the one, though.
02:44I don't know that it's an over either, though.
02:47You know, 11 is...
02:49Ten and a half now.
02:51Ten and a half.
02:52Yeah, I don't know.
02:54I mean, because if you think Snell's going to dominate,
02:56then that's a lot to ask for a Dodgers team that, offensively,
03:01they're 5-10 in the month of August.
03:03So, I think that's a lot.
03:05They're not playing well.
03:05That's part of it.
03:07No.
03:08Yes, definitely not.
03:09Still, though, I mean, look, and the Cat Rose, you know, they have McCarthy.
03:14They have some decent hitters.
03:18But Goodman, far and away, it's like, take the best player off a bad team,
03:22and that's what you got tonight.
03:23It's like, take Nick Kurtz off Sacramento.
03:26What are the A's?
03:28Goodman, I don't know how many home runs he has,
03:30but he's been on pace for, like, 35, 40 home runs.
03:34And I have to check.
03:35Obviously, maybe we could check and see if he's in the lineup in an hour from now.
03:38But he did not play Saturday.
03:39He did not play Sunday.
03:41Sunday either.
03:42Yeah.
03:42And that's a big part of their offense.
03:44So, yeah.
03:45By the way, they just slightly haven't played good defense.
03:49Otani is pitching now in the bullpen.
03:51They're expecting him back before the end of the regular season.
03:59But, my goodness, they still have plenty of reinforcements coming their way.
04:04I wouldn't yell at anybody wanting to lay a run and a half on the road with the Dodgers here
04:09tonight.
04:09I get it.
04:10But I tend to think that fewer runs, not more.
04:13And Goodman is back in the lineup here tonight there, Craig.
04:16So, that's worth a few cents.
04:18That's worth a few cents.
04:20Three, four cents probably.
04:21Dodgers are probably minus 181 if he's in.
04:25I mean, he's just the biggest power threat they have.
04:28But, you know, still, again, I can't do it tonight.
04:33Look, I'll find a dog before we're done here, but I'm not going to do Colorado.
