00:45He obviously didn't play the entire season as Russell Wilson got the start.
00:48The issues with Jackson Dart to me are he's living the life of a guy that has
00:54already won three Super Bowls and his, you know, Patrick Mahomes.
00:57He loves the stardom of being the starting quarterback for the New York Giants.
01:02Now you have to put up or shut up.

01:06I think he has a chance to be a very good quarterback, but I haven't seen it yet.

01:31Let's just be honest about that.
01:33And I don't think they have a great running game.
01:35And John Harbaugh is going to want to run the football.

01:39That's why they brought Ricard in to be a lead fullback.
01:42They're going to try to run the hell out of the ball and then ask Jackson Dart
01:46to make some plays.
01:47I think he is a good quarterback, but I do not think the juries come back
01:52and acknowledge that he's a 10-year franchise quarterback for this team yet.

02:25You don't say no to any opportunities because New York offers a lot of them.

02:32I also think we've sometimes canonized Eli Manning as one of the greatest quarterbacks
02:38we've ever seen.
02:39And I like Eli, and he's had two of the greatest postseason runs for sure we've ever seen.
02:45But nobody wants to take a look at Eli Manning as a regular season quarterback.
02:48He was average.
02:50So what Eli did, which was really smart, he stayed out of all the limelight.
02:55He played football.
02:56And it wasn't very good in the regular season a lot of those years.
03:00And then when the playoffs hit, you have two of the greatest playoff runs of all time.
03:05But Eli wasn't out there all the time taking advantage of all the things New York offers.
03:12Jackson Dart already has.
03:14In your eyes, is Eli Manning a Hall of Fame quarterback?
03:19I hate that question because he is going to be in the Hall of Fame, whether it's the next year,
03:25the year after that.
03:26There's no doubt in my mind.
03:27He's going to be in the Hall of Fame.
03:29He's a two-time Super Bowl MVP.
03:31And that's why he's in the Hall of Fame.
03:33If you could separate it and say, as a regular season quarterback, is he a Hall of Famer?
03:40The answer is no.
03:41But when you take the entire body of work, he's getting in the Hall of Fame.
03:46Sounds like you just had to sell yourself on it there a little bit.
03:50Well, I've come to terms.

03:56By the way, there are guys that get into the Hall of Fame in every sport where I don't think
04:01they're Hall of Famers,
04:02but I don't begrudge them the fact that they got in.
04:04Like, I don't think Amari Stoudemire should be a basketball Hall of Famer.
04:09He is.
04:09So good for him.
04:11Eli Manning is getting in the Hall of Fame.
04:13We can debate the methodology of how he's getting in, but he's getting it.
04:23Is that an easy answer?
