00:00It's a matter of how soon it's really dependent on the cabinet, but we have completed the first phase of
00:09work inside of the terminal, and we are starting the second phase, the second phase, the second work, that those
00:17works can actually happen while the terminal is operational. So I believe we have everything we need now to go
00:24operational. There are some administrative things that must happen.
00:27The date for the terminal opening has been kept a secret. The chief secretary said the commissioning of the terminal
00:35would also occur on opening day.
00:38Customs we must place in the gazette that this terminal is going to use. That will allow things like the
00:45free access and corporations that customs have by law, and of course some other TV issues.
00:53And what's going to happen definitely, as I explained before, is that there will be a simulation exercise and a
01:01commissioning, because we did not have a commissioning. What we had previously was an unveiling at the point of practical
01:07completion.
01:09Stating that Tabagonians would be proud of the facility, Augustine said a September opening is likely.
