00:02These ones are the very latest, yeah, these only came out in the UK in October, so certainly very fortunate
00:11to come through the military group in terms of aesthetic care and what's available.
00:17Yeah, oh yeah. Yeah, these are brilliant.
00:31I'm so fortunate I've gone through three years of rehabilitation at Headley Court and come through and certainly we're very
00:39much of the opinion that rehabilitation is a day-to-day activity.
00:42You have to do day in, day out for the rest of your life to keep in shape, to keep
00:46the best possible state of physical health.
00:56So, I'm a touch too old, I feel. I did the Invictus in 2014, Invictus Games in 2016, Paralympics in
01:032016, and I stayed one as a trustee until the end of 23 of the Invictus Games, so I've certainly
01:09been involved with it.
01:11I'm back in the defence industry now, I'm working, I've got three children.
01:15So what do you do, what's been the defence industry?
01:18I've built the specialist boats, yeah.
01:22Do you build some of it in the village?
01:23Yes. Yes, absolutely.
01:26Are they now in operation?
01:29Perhaps.
01:30Perhaps.
01:32Yeah.
01:32That's fantastic.
01:37So this one is Buckley and this one is Thruney.
01:40So I think when the first time I met him was in the Queen Elizabeth Hospice, I think this one
01:44was a little bit run.
01:45We had to take this one back up.
01:46It looked so slightly since then.
01:47We had to take this one back up.
01:49But, we're lucky.
01:50We've done an example.
01:51It's a good example.
01:52It's a good example.
01:53It's a good example.
01:55They're good, they're annoying me on a day to day basis, which I think is what they're supposed
01:58to do.
01:58So, yeah, we're very, very good.
02:01My wife as well.
02:02I'm really pleased to be.
02:05Thank you so much for doing this.
02:06Thank you so much for doing this.
