00:00on instagram so a little update i didn't do many today uh because a little one was asleep
00:07for about five hours in the afternoon straight then she was awake uh for a couple of hours
00:14and then fell asleep at just after 10 o'clock and now woke up at 4 30 and uh so
00:24proper long sleep which is amazing she's not even a week old
00:29but uh she's having troubles with her uh i think her belly so we've been uh cuddling and trying to
00:40get
00:41the the little burps and everything out and changed about 10 times to be careful so i don't do it
00:49too
00:49much but uh she looks like she's happy now and hopefully another six hours but yeah i've been
00:56sleeping so i don't feel too bad
