00:00This month is the 10th year of Bernie, my sister's passing, and I think people feel guilty if they
00:08don't wake up and they're not sobbing or lying under a duvet or just being generally depressed
00:13today. And I think grief is a really personal thing. You know, for me, yes, it's the 10th
00:18anniversary. Thank you for all your lovely messages. You're also kind. But equally, I do
00:23get up and I do go to work and I do still laugh because I think about Bernie every day.
00:27And I
00:28also think about if she was here and I didn't get up, she would beat my ass and say, get
00:32out of the
00:32bed because that's what she was like. Sadly, although it's hard, sometimes life goes on because
00:37it has to. And all we are left with is wonderful memories of people that we've lost. And we get
00:42sad because we loved them so much and that's okay. And if you want to laugh or indeed, if you
00:47want to
00:47have the day under the duvet, that's totally up to you. I don't want to be morbid. I just want
00:51you to
00:51know that however you deal with it is okay. And I love you all. Cheers.
