00:02I mean, I mentioned yesterday on the programme
00:04that on New Year's Day I had a bit of a dip.
00:06And I think that a number of people,
00:08particularly concerned about vulnerable, isolated,
00:12lonely friends and relatives, are worried about their children
00:15because, my goodness, what are we doing
00:17to a generation of children's education?
00:19I think a number of people might have felt a little bit gloomy
00:23yesterday evening after they heard what the Prime Minister had to say.
00:26And we do have to keep our spirits lifted, don't we?
00:29That's absolutely vitally important.
00:31I mean, this is a massive test of our national resilience.
00:33It really is.
00:34I mean, this is the biggest infectious disease crisis
00:37any of us have ever faced in our lifetimes.
00:40And I think that we need to stay strong.
00:42We need to say, look, this is going to take time.
00:45We need to look at the end game rather than what's going on now.
00:49And we have to get through this.
00:50And we have to think of every possible mechanism
00:53of staying positive and thinking about what's good
00:56rather than what's bad.
00:57And one of the things...
