00:00Hi everyone, Toph and Monty here with your weekly dose of everything good in the world to cheer you
00:05all up. Here are some of the really lovely stories we've come across this week. Now first up, a
00:10wonderful story to share and that is that a boy who was told he would never be able to walk
00:15has been filmed taking his first steps. Now his amazing video has been viewed nearly 8
00:21million times online. It's really amazing. So five-year-old Camden Brooks Hansen sadly has
00:28conditions called cerebular atrophy which affects the parts of the brain that controls functions
00:34such as balance and speech. Now he has been in physiotherapy since he was 18 months old
00:39and this is the first time he's taken steps unaided. How wonderful. Now next up, if you've
00:48watched before, you know how much we love an animal story and this one is no exception.
00:53This is one for you Monty Dog. You camera shy today. So Beauty the rescue dog who helps
00:59her autistic owner deal with anxiety despite never having had any training. Beauty's owner
01:05Cheryl who has an autism spectrum condition and struggles with high levels of anxiety says
01:12Beauty is able to pick up on her feelings and emotions and has been a constant source of affection
01:18and comfort. She says Beauty is more than just a dog to me. She is my best friend. She adopted
01:25Beauty when Beauty was five years old. Now Cheryl, I agree with you. Dogs are the best friends
01:32in the world. Finally, we've come across this fantastic bit of news although you'd be forgiven
01:38in thinking it is slightly odd. Now we all think nothing of eating a probiotic yogurt to keep our
01:44tummies in tip top shape. But now scientists have discovered that probiotics could be an
01:48important health tool for something else altogether. Coral reefs. Scientists discovered that corals
01:55rely on good bacteria just like we do to keep them healthy and that their good and bad bacteria
02:01is often disrupted during times of stress leading them prone to infections. Scientists have fed coral
02:08reefs with plankton enriched with probiotics and found the corals actually coped much better with stresses
02:13like rising water temperatures. Time for us to leave you all now but if you've watched before you
02:18know we can't depart without giving a special shout out to someone and this week it's Autumn Bailey.
02:27Her mum Tara said that she started learning from Lizzie Armanto who is an American professional
02:32skateboarder when she was one. She used to watch the YouTube videos of her skating. I love that.
02:38She pulls off tricks in a pink tutu oh what a good vibe at her local skate park and now
02:44has her own
02:44Instagram account where you can go and see her skills in action. You go Autumn we love that. As always
02:50thank
02:50you so much for tuning in and take care of yourselves goodbye. Are you gonna say goodbye grumpy pup?
02:55Oh he's very tired. I know you're a tired boy. Bye guys!
