00:00When we're seeing the Deathclaw on screen, it has like a crazy, like practical look to it.
00:06What are you seeing when you're shooting?
00:07Because there is a crazy practical look to everything that we do here.
00:11And what I mean by that is we're looking at puppeteers.
00:14You know, these aren't, there is not nothing.
00:17We're not looking at a tennis ball.
00:18We're looking at three artists working really, really hard to make this as intimidating as they possibly can, you know,
00:26with puppets.
00:28And so they build off of these puppets.
00:31But like everything in this story, so much of it is tactile.
00:35It is analog.
00:37And there is one scene in particular where, you know, I'm attacked by a rad scorpion.
00:42I can say that without giving really anything away.
00:45That was a guy pulling a string for a puppet that just jumped off the shelf and hit me.
00:53The rest of that is just your reactions to it.
00:55But that's what Jonathan Nolan wanted to do at the outset of this experience for the audience.
