02:08So, I just wanted to know what is this huge craze that is there.

02:19One, the conditions in your homeland can be actually bad.
02:25Second, there is that psychological urge to have more, to be more, to consume more.
02:38Both these things get together.
02:40Wisdom lies in seeing which component dominates your movement.
02:53What is certain is that both of these will be present.
02:58But as the country receiving these immigrants as the country,
03:04now responsible for admitting them or turning them back,
03:10you must have a mechanism that sieves, that distinguishes, that tests.
03:23Obviously, we have said such a mechanism will be imperfect.
03:27But better to have an imperfect one than nothing.

03:35I am no supporter of people entering other lands
03:44and remaining strangers to that land.
03:49In that sense, exhibiting violence on the pre-existing people of that land.

05:52But first of all, please identify them correctly.
