00:33swap cuffs of you okay the 47 year old port orchard man was quickly taken into
00:38custody by a Washington State Patrol trooper after he was flagged down by a
00:42neighbor who witnessed the arson the neighbor said the man claimed he was
00:46with the fire department and then waved a lit torch at him and tried to run him
00:51over with the golf cart when he was confronted the homeowner who was not
00:55hurt said he had no idea who the suspect was or why he targeted the home the
01:00fire caused an estimated 150 to 175 thousand dollars in damage to the
01:06structure and destroyed a car valued at about twenty five thousand dollars the
01:11suspect was booked in the Kitsap County Jail on suspicion of first-degree arson and
01:16second-degree assault
