A passenger was arrested after allegedly trying to open an emergency exit and damaging its inner window panel on a Batik Air flight from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Kochi, India, on Wednesday (Aug 5).
Police said the 36-year-old man also threatened passengers and cabin crew before being restrained. He was taken into custody after the flight landed in Kochi early Thursday. No injuries were reported.
