00:17the past few days, leaving Palestinians wary of what could come next.
00:21We no longer predict anything correctly because they say a truce and then there are strikes and martyrs. A few
00:29days ago we had 12 martyrs in one day.
00:32This is why we do not place much hope in the truce. Hopefully, this time the truce becomes formal. We
00:38want a formal truce.
00:39We want the Board of Peace to enter and the solutions for the students who are unable to travel and
00:45the patients who are unable to travel.
00:46We want a solution that will save people. For Palestinians in Gaza, President Donald Trump's announcement last week that Hamas
00:53had agreed to disarm was a small sign of hope,
00:56but the fear Israeli will not withdraw its forces and they will not be able to return to their homes
01:02anytime soon.
01:03Regarding the disarmament, Israeli we handed over their hostages, but to no avail. Disarmament will also not be in our
01:11favor.
01:11Most of Gaza's 2 million Palestinians are still displaced or live in tent camps where poor conditions and overcrowding left
01:18them wrestling with rodents, infestations, poor health conditions and disease.
01:23Have mercy on our kids. Have mercy on those on this earth.
01:26Nor religion, neither Christianity, Judaism, nor Islam will approve of what is happening in Gaza.
01:32We and our children are dead. We have caught all diseases and cancers.
01:36Many Palestinians still hope peace prevail in the region.
01:41Even as a truth comes into place, some still believe that this might be the beginning of a new hope,
01:47a new Palestine.
