00:05How are you feeling about that opportunity?
00:07It is a very good opportunity to get the State Combine call up.
00:11So yeah, I've put my best foot forward with that.
00:15So hopefully a few clubs are interested and then we'll see the testing results figure out in early October.
00:24And how are you feeling about the tests? Any in particular looking forward to and some you're dreading?
00:28Probably dreading the 2K time trial. That's always a big challenge.
00:32But yeah, the vertical leap is one I'm looking forward to as well.
00:36And you got to play for Vic Country at the AFL Under-18 National Championships.
00:39Named among the best a few times. What was that opportunity like and what did you learn from the experience?
00:44That was a great experience to play among some of the best footballers in my age in Vic Country.
00:50So to be able to get in that squad and then obviously to play pretty well was a huge achievement
00:56of mine.
00:57And then to a lot of like some of the best coaches in Victoria coaching here as well.
01:02So yeah, it was definitely a great experience.
01:04And where do you see yourself playing position wise going forward?
01:07Definitely a halfback playing a role and then probably a bit of key back as well.
01:13But yeah, normally halfback.
01:16And obviously had a great year on the footy field.
01:18What are your goals now looking forward like AFL draft in November?
01:22How do you think your prospects are there?
01:24Yeah, so obviously the draft as well.
01:26And then we'll see how we go.
01:29And then yeah, obviously it all depends on that month or so.
01:33And then hopefully play some good footy in the next probably month or two.
01:36And then hopefully put me best foot forward for some teams.
01:39And you've been playing for the Rebels too.
01:41And a bit for Portland.
01:42Yeah.
01:43When you can.
01:43How fun is it when you get to come back and play Hampton League for your home club?
01:46Yeah, I haven't played for Portland yet this year.
01:48But I might get a sneaky game or two late in the season.
01:51But yeah, that would be very good to get a game.
01:55But I'll just put hopefully play a few good games.
01:59You know, Rebels will finish off the season well.
02:01And hopefully we can go deep into the finals with the wild card round.
02:04And then see what happens in a month or a few weeks.
