00:11Referencing work at the Etihad Savannah, she wrote to Facebook saying, quote,
00:15Today the PNM wickedly sent their TPRC representatives to chase away workers constructing the Etihad Police Post.
00:22The Etihad Savannah falls within the jurisdiction of the Tunapuna-Piaco Regional Corporation, which is currently governed by a PNM
00:30administration.
00:32Passat-Bissasa said, quote,
00:33Today the PNM showed their hatred to the citizens of Tunapuna when through their representatives at the Tunapuna-Piaco Regional
00:40Corporation stopped the construction of the new police post at Etihad grounds, end quote.
00:47She said the TPRC representatives were accompanied by a municipal police officer.
00:52Passat-Bissasa described it as a most evil and vile act by the PNM, which has no problem with drug
00:59blocks in Tunapuna, but is fighting against a police post.
01:03She once again called on the PNM to stop doing the bidding of the local drug mafia and start putting
01:09citizens' safety first.
01:11Meanwhile, chairman of the corporation, Josiah Austin, said the work was taking place without the knowledge of the TPRC.
01:17He tells us he was alerted by video messages from onlookers.
01:22In that construction, we saw the placement of some septic tanks.
01:25We could only imagine that further construction would have taken place.
01:29We had no idea of who was doing this.
01:32Our technical team and officers went out and they inquired only to find out this exact words of the contractor
01:40were that this is done by the Ministry of National Security, SWAT Department.
01:46Austin said the contractor was vague in his answer and maintains the corporation received no communication from authorities and had
01:55to make the decision to safeguard the interest of the Savannah and the users.

02:05We have our cameras there and any police force or further security systems, we will accept.
02:11We are not here to stymie any further development, but a courtesy of a call, a courtesy of a message,
02:17any sort of communication with either myself, our CEO, our municipal police head, anything.
02:24But this is total disrespect. If it is what I think it really is, it's total disrespect.
